Facility Operations:     Bill Retherford, Facilities Manager, came to Potter in 1999.  He is responsible for making sure the building and equipment is in good repair at all times and the upkeep of the grounds on Potter’s campus.  Bill has worked in the maintenance field since 1982 and prior to that he worked as a carpenter.  Bill and his wife Lynn along with their two children served as houseparents for 3 ½ years and have been involved with childcare work, including Foster Care for 21 years.
