Ron McDole: Minister/Office of Christian Stewardship and is responsible for directing the development and fund-raising activities for Potter. He bring extensive and professional background in bank operations, financial management, human relations, and facility management, as well as highly effective administration skills. He has an AS Volunteer State University, Graduate of Memphis School of Banking and BA Theological University of America. Ron is married to Elisa, has 3 children, 3 grandchildren and is active at the Hartsville Pike Church of Christ in Gallatin, TN. Ron loves to lead singing and is currently teaching a song leading class for young men ages 5 and up.

Barb Henbest: OCS Office Manager is responsible for the Appeal Letter and Messenger process, receipting and acknowledgement of tribute gifts, coordination of the commodities program, supervising phone campaign and volunteer staff, and conducting campus tours. Barb has worked for Potter since 1992 and has done everything from Relief housparenting to being a houseparent, SPARK Assistant, TLM Supervisor and Pantry Supervisor. She has worked in OCS 1998. Barb and her husband, Byron, worked as houseparents for 8 years before arriving at Potter in the fall of 1992.

Geneva Brewer, Volunteer Sponsorship Coordinator, has been involved in Christian childcare since 1985 in a variety of roles such as houseparent, substitute teacher, summer work supervisor, custodian, and secretary.  She came to Potter in 1994, and besides working as an Administrative Secretary, she and her husband Ralph also do relief houseparenting. 

Elaina Hill: OCS Operational Income Manager is responsible for processing all arriving income, manages all electronic fund program, maintaining and update constituent profiles and donor information. Assists the Office Manager with the Appeal Letter and Messenger process. Elaina started working at Potter in 2000 and brings with her computer skills and a love for children and learning new things.

Lynn Retherford: OCS Office Assistant is responsible for data entry of constituent and church information including address corrections, management of the gleaner can gift processing and coordination of the phone campaign program. Assists the Operational Income Manager with processing incoming mail. Lynn came to Potter in 1999 to work with the SPARK Program as the Supervisor. She started in OCS at the end of 2001. Lynn, and her husband, Bill, have worked in childcare since 1982, 3½ years as houseparents.

Byron Henbest: Minister/Annual Giving Officer is responsible for the structure of the Gleaner, Commodity Routes, solicitation of funds from Churches. Distribution and collection of Gleaner Cans, commodities collection, distribution of information, visiting ministers, speaking at churches, solicitation of benevolence and mission committees. Byron arrived at Potter with his wife, Barb, and their son in 1992. Along with doing Relief houseparenting and being a housedad, Byron started working for OCS 10 years ago and has been on the road since.

Gene Goode: Associate Minister of Christian Stewardship is responsible for distribution and collection of Gleaner Cans, commodities collection, distribution of information, visiting ministers, speaking at churches, solicitation of benevolence and mission committees. He has worked in management in various manufacturing industries in personnel, safety, engineering, and quality and was certified quality engineer and certified quality auditor before leaving the manufacturing industry. Gene and his wife Sharon have two children. Currently, they are worshiping at the Mount Gilead Church of Christ in Tompkinsville, KY.
