Tim & Kate Haines are the Houseparents in the Totty Home. They
are responsible for the oversight of our Residential Care girls' home, where
they provide continuous live-in care to the girls living there. The Haines
have two young children, Allison is in grade school and Blake is pre-school
age. They have 2 years of previous experience in Christian child care as
houseparents for boys in a child caring facility in Indiana.
Before moving to Bowling Green Tim held a management level position with a
retail lumber company and Kate was trained as a Licensed Physical Therapist. |

Joe & Sherry Sellers, are the Houseparents in the Riley Home, the Residential Care
home for the boys. They provide continuous live-in care to the boys living
there. Joe and Sherry are from Mt. Carmel, IL where they lived for 28 years.
Joe was a serviceman for a public utility company and Sherry was an
elementary teacher. The Sellers have raised four sons, three of whom are
married. It had been the Sellers' dream, at the point when their children
were independent, to devote their lives to spending their latter years
serving in a mission field where they believe the Lord was leading them. |

Gene & Judy Page,
Relief Houseparents for the Totty and Riley Homes. The Pages work in the
residential homes for the children when the houseparents are on their state
mandated time-off and vacation days. The Pages have
over 35 years experience in Christian child care, most recently having
served as Houseparents for 4 years in the girls' house. They have adult adoptive
children and are still considered the parental figures of many of the foster
children they have served over the years. |

Holly
Wilson is the Supervisor of the Single Parent Ministry
(SPARK). She works directly with the mothers and their children as they work
towards their individual goals. She holds an education specialist degree (Ed.S.)
and is a nationally certified counselor, as well as, a nationally certified
school counselor. She has 26 years of service in working with families and
their children. Her family includes three married children and two
grandchildren. |

Roger Lee,
Supervisor of Foster Care, is responsible for the foster care program
including recruiting, training, and supervising foster parents, and placing
children into foster care. Roger speaks regularly to congregations in
behalf of Potter’s need for foster parents. He also serves as the
SPARK (mother’s and their children) counselor on campus. Roger came to
Potter in 1999 from Michigan City, IN where he served as their minister for
8 years. Roger serves as one of the elders for
the Scottsville Church of Christ.

Carol Lee, Trainer,
is responsible for teaching independent living skills to our SPARK mothers
and the residential children on campus. Carol also helps the Supervisor of
the SPARK program in other areas. Along with her husband, Roger, she came
to Potter in 1999 as the Pantry Coordinator until 2002. Carol has worked in
childcare in different capacities for many years, including 3 years
as a houseparent.

Judy Mealer,
Assistant Family Services Worker, is responsible for assisting the SPARK
families in educational, spiritual, financial and family needs. Judy has
been in childcare for 33 years, 18 of those years as a houseparent. Judy
has raised 4 adopted children and two foster sons. Since coming to Potter
in 1989, she has worked a variety of jobs on campus; Pantry Manager, relief
houseparenting, and Supervisor to both the Transitional Living Program and
SPARK. At present, Judy works with the Single Parent families and foster care children.

Pam
Potter, Residential Care
Counselor.
Pam received her BS from Freed-Hardeman University and a MSSW at the
University of Tennessee. She works with the children in the
residential care ministry and their families, as well as serving as a support to our houseparents.
Pam has been involved in the program as the single parent counselor and
also lived as a single parent in the SPARK program with her two
children. Hers is a story of victory in Christ and the impact Potter can
and does have on the lives of so many. She and her husband, Paul,
recommitted their marriage vows in 2002. |

Sharon Goode, part-time
counselor for the Residential Care Ministry. She received her B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.A.E.
in Elementary School Counseling from Western Kentucky University. Sharon
also fills in wherever she is needed throughout the program and is a great
encouragement to others with her servant spirit. |
